As part of our mission, we are developing a Court programthat requires a Process Engineer to design, implement, and optimizeits operations using Lean methodologies. Your Role: As a ProcessEngineer, you will: 1. Collaborate with Operations leaders to buildand refine the Court program from the ground up. 2. Design andimplement lean processes that streamline workflows and eliminatewaste. 3. Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) to supportthe newly built processes. 4. Develop detailed value stream andprocess maps to visualize and improve workflows. 5. Translateprocess maps into effective task set designs for seamlessexecution. 6. Test IT solutions to ensure smooth processfunctionality. 7. Measure and improve processes post-launch,ensuring scalability and long-term effectiveness. 8. Troubleshootinefficiencies and implement corrective actions using Leanmethodologies. 9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives acrossother areas of the business. What We're Looking For: 1. Provenexperience in Lean Manufacturing and process design/implementation2. Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills 3. Ability toidentify and eliminate waste through process analysis 4. Experienceperforming time studies (both physically and virtually) 5. Proficiency in value stream mapping and process mapping techniques6. A fast learner with a proactive approach to challenges 7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills 8. Experiencedesigning new manufacturing processes for new products orfacilities (preferred) 9.
