We're seeking a remote executive assistant based in Colombia or Latin America to support a small game studio with scheduling, communication, light research, and task follow-ups. You may be asked to test software in early stages of development as well. This is a 40hr/week contractor role, remote, and paid monthly via Wise or PayPal. Responsibilities: Light research and report prep Email follow-ups, document writing, and task tracking Testing and providing feedback on software and videogames Occasional writing, proofreading, or content formatting Basic familiarity with Slack, Discord, Google Docs. May be prepared for periods of low engagement (on standby for instruction) and periods of very high activity, such as product launches, key deliverable deadlines, or major client presentations (product launches) Requirements: Based in Colombia preferred, accepting applications anywhere (remote position) Strong organizational skills Able to work independently and proactively Prior experience supporting executives or founders a plus Must have a computer/laptop and mobile smartphone with consistent internet access Ideal availability hours: 11am–7pm Pacific Time (Time depending on daylight savings) Must have (or can create) a Discord account. Compensation: Monthly flat rate ($400–$600/month depending on experience) Paid via Wise or PayPal Note: We’ll begin with a one-week trial period, and based on the evaluation, we’ll move forward with a long-term contract if all goes well.
