Capital Raising Coordinator We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Capital Raising Coordinator. "> In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the creation and delivery of high-quality campaign materials, including creative assets and data tracking. You will work closely with our partnerships team to ensure that all campaigns are accurately tracked and reported on. Key Responsibilities: - Creative Asset Coordination: Track and organize creative assets in dashboards, check them against publisher specifications, and submit them on time. - Quality Checks: Review creative for formatting errors, missing disclaimers, or incorrect links before launch. - Data Tracking: Maintain accurate campaign details (links, dates, placements) in our dashboards and flag any discrepancies or performance issues to the team. - Tool Support: Keep Airtable and Monday.com up to date and accurate so the broader team can always rely on the data. - Process Improvement & Documentation: Actively identify workflow bottlenecks and propose solutions, developing and maintaining clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and resource guides for the partnerships team and partners. - Partner Enablement & Communication Support: Assist Partnerships Managers with clear updates to internal teams and partners about deadlines, submissions, and campaign logistics.
