You’ll be responsible for building, managing, and improving campaign performance, ensuring results that align with client goals. If you have a solid grasp of Google Ads, enjoy performance marketing, and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** - Launch, manage, and optimize Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max campaigns. - Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and related platforms. - Handle daily account management to ensure optimal performance. - Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting. - Set up and oversee A/B testing processes to improve campaign outcomes. - Manage and adjust budgets to maximize return on investment. - Meet and exceed cost-per-lead, conversion, and conversion rate goals. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve conversion rates. - Conduct detailed campaign audits, offering insights and actionable recommendations. - Streamline and enhance internal processes to ensure efficiency and client success. **Requirements**: - 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid search advertising with a focus on lead generation. - Preferably 1+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency. - Google Ads certification is required. - Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics. - Experience with Microsoft (Bing) Ads is a strong asset. - A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. - Strong analytical skills and ability to extract actionable insights from data. - Creative problem-solver with a passion for innovation. - Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects. - Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude. **Why Join Webrunner**: - A remote working environment with flexible hours, however, must be available during 9AM - 5PM EST - A supportive and innovative team that values learning and growth. - Starting salary of $1,500 - $2,000 USD/Month - Opportunities for professional development and advancement. **Note**: Only applicants who are selected for an interview will be contacted.
