Bunge Iberica SA is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team in Cartagena. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading complex projects related to renewable fuels. The ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience in process engineering and a deep understanding of oils chemistry, operations, and engineering principles. You will lead process engineering projects, contribute to the resolution of engineering issues, and coordinate project activities with other operating or engineering units. Key responsibilities include: - Assessing the feasibility of proposed engineering tests, products, and equipment - Coordinating planning, organization, and implementation of engineering projects - Developing and synergizing technology partnerships to enhance capacity and optimize the portfolio mix - Implementing new and existing technologies at the plant/project level from concept to startup We are looking for someone who can work effectively in a matrix organization, lead and influence without direct authority, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. This role requires approximately 25% travel time and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
