Your responsibilities and tasks: Responsibilities: Audit: Main activity of Payroll C, including checking that the service provider is performing well, acting as the communication channel between the company and stakeholders. Payment requests: Approve internal payments, ensuring all mandatory payments are processed by finance and managing ad hoc payment requests (e.g., terminations). Employee requests: Resolve employee queries related to payroll calculations and process tickets. Calculations: Perform payroll calculations such as bonuses and local benefits accruals not covered by the service provider. Reporting: Maintain detailed, secure payroll information and generate reports at division and cost center levels. Additional functions include: Handling ad hoc employee requests and emails Managing external auditor requests Authorizing payments for local payroll taxes, benefits, social security contributions, and third-party payments Calculating and reviewing payroll changes, end-of-month reports, and employee data Managing benefits, bonuses, and accruals Ensuring compliance with legal and tax requirements Payroll cycle management, including terminations, social security, taxes, and reporting Your profile and qualifications: Experience: At least 5 years of payroll processing experience (supervisory experience not required) Preferably familiar with TMF payroll and Workday HRIS systems Education: High school diploma (no university degree required) Skills: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office SAP and Concur experience Languages: Portuguese (preferred) What you will find at GEA: Exciting professional challenges with opportunities for development and training in a global environment.
