The role is responsible for develop and execute a territory trade marketing and distribution plan which meets brand activation, volume, distribution, retail activation and commercial objectives **Reports to**:Trade Marketing Manager **Reporting Level**:Non management **Geographic Scope: Bogota, **Colombia **WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR** - Directly responsible for guaranteeing availability on our strategic portfolio within assigned POS (point of sale) - Accountable for the delivery of orders within 24 hrs via direct coordination with delivery supervisor for each territory. - Product availability: Ensure the right product availability at the right place aligned with the portfolio - Product visibility: Install and refresh BAT touchpoint materials according to retail contracts, cycle & shopper campaign plans. - Retailer engagement: Educate, engage, and motivate retailers to speak on BAT products and brands to adult shoppers of both our products. - Financial assets: Timely collection of payments, avoiding overdues and bad debts with the mínimal disruption to sales by defining and allocating the right credit limit defined by credit policy to retailer. - Territory assets: Ensure an efficient and safe usage of company’s assets such as vehicle, product, merchandising materials, handheld, printer meeting the company’s EHS & security policies **CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?** - Do you have previous experience in the commercial area? - Do you want to improve your career in a challenging and dynamic environment? **ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE** - 1-2 experience in commercial environment - At least 3 years of experience with driver license (C1) - Manage Office at an intermediate level. - Be driven and ambitious. - Be an inspiring and engaging individual. - Be curious and resilient. - Have a university degree - Bilingual (English B1) **BENEFICIAL** - Experience working in FMCGS - Intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background **WE ARE BAT** At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
