Expert in ITIL framework and support processes. Must have experiences with one ticketing tool such as Jira , Service now ,Zoho, etc. Understanding for SDD and PDD documents Good to have Team handling experience. Experience in working fast-paced environment, shift roster preparation, team mentoring Responsible to gather requirements from customer, estimation and execution through enhancement and change management. Responsible to mentor juniors and setup methodologies to provide monitoring services to client. Level 3/4 support experience in Uipath is must to have. Should have worked in Incident, change and problem management. Must have experience with reporting such as weekly and monthly status report, ticket analysis. Should have worked in Incident, change and problem management. Responsible as a lead to ensure BOTS are running smoothly through monitoring and code fixes. Responsible to mentor juniors and setup methodologies to provide monitoring services to client. Ready to work in Night shift and Rotational shifts.
