We are looking for multi-skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal and business development skills for the position of Business Development Manager . We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to expand our presence beyond direct-to-consumer channels. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands, with a proven ability to build relationships and close deals. If you thrive at the intersection of spirituality, beauty, and lifestyle, this role is for you. The salary range is $1,200 USD to $2,000 USD per month , depending on the candidate's experience and seniority. Candidates in Latin America are strongly preferred, as the company currently has operations and staff in the region and plans to expand further. The role is 100% Remote. ALL RESUMES MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ENGLISH Responsibilities: Identify and secure retail and wholesale partnerships (boutiques, metaphysical stores, apothecaries, national retailers). Pitch to subscription boxes, corporate gifting platforms, and hospitality accounts. Build a pipeline of strategic collaborations with influencers, creators, and aligned brands. Lead private label and B2B pitches (spas, hotels, yoga studios, etc.). Research and organize event/popup opportunities, including expos and trade shows. Maintain CRM or lead tracking and report on pipeline progress. Assist in creating line sheets, decks, pricing proposals, and sample kits. Collaborate with marketing and production to meet retailer needs and timelines. Requirements: Fluent in English – YOU MUST BE ABLE TO HAVE A FLUENT PROFESSIONAL CONVERSATION IN ENGLISH. 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or wholesale (beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands preferred). Existing buyer or marketplace relationships (a major plus!). Self-motivated and results-driven, with proven pipeline management skills. Strong appreciation for spirituality, wellness, or ritual products. Excellent communication skills for pitching creatively and negotiating effectively. Understanding of brand storytelling and how to sell beyond price points.
