Piso 4, 6, 7 y 8, Bogotá Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (COL Time) Job Description The Recruiter is responsible for actively sourcing and attracting talent into the organization. This includes making outbound calls, leveraging online talent portals, conducting interviews, scheduling candidates, and supporting the Staffing Coordinator throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound recruiting calls to source and screen caregiver talent. - Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into interviews. - Conduct interviews, screenings, and applicant testing. - Participate in recruiting events and job fairs. - Maintain accurate and complete personnel records in the system. Skills & Qualifications Hard Skills: - Telemarketing and recruiting experience preferred. - Familiarity with healthcare administration or medical terminology. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. - High School diploma required. - Experience with caregiving, CNA, or PCA certification is a plus. Soft Skills: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - High energy and a competitive mindset. - Excellent telephone and inside sales abilities. - Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. - English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) as needed for the role.
