Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining existing clients and expanding the market in Colombia to drive the growth of OTR tire business. Manage key customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and prepare technical reports. Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and promptly resolve any issues. Handle other necessary business development and management duties. Familiarity with mining sites and establishing connections with mine managers. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in giant OTR tires, mining, or earthmoving industries. Proven track record of successfully selling products to new clients. Leadership skills to build and manage a sales team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel frequently within Colombia and other Latin American countries. Experience in fleet tire maintenance/repair is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
