We are hiring the best talent for **Payroll Supervisor** to be located in Bogota, Colombia. **Purpose**: This role will be responsible to: - Support payroll processing including, but not limited to, payroll execution, audit reports, validations, internal controls, disbursements and employee support. - Coordinate BPO services to provide payroll process on diverse countries. - Maintains and communicate policies and procedures for payroll administration. - Consults regularly with managers or supervisors to resolve payroll issues in their area of responsibility. - Responsible for ensuring Company compliance with all regulations applicable. - Demonstrate customer orientation. - Strong focus on team management and development of talent.Manage and motivate team members to achieve and exceed service standards. **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Business Administration, or Accountant. - 4 to 6 years of experience in similar roles. - Experience on payroll process. - Knowledge of social, federal taxes and regulations. - Required skills: Microsoft Excel and Power Point proficiency. - Experience on accounting principles and practices. - Compliance experience (SOX and internal controls). - Previous experience on multinational company preferable on a shared services environment. - Sense of urgency to ensure timely delivery. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact thoughtfully and confidently with internal partners and colleagues to develop ideas, find opportunities and influence outcomes. - English level advanced. **Primary Location** Colombia-Distrito Capital de Bogotá-Bogotá - **Organization** Johnson & Johnson de Colombia S.A.
