What You'll Do Accounting and Administrative Support to ensure compliance with local statutory and US GAAP accounting requirements including preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements Prepare account reconciliations on a monthly or quarterly basis Contribute to prepare the monthly closing process to Senior Finance Coordinator Assist to Finance Coordinator with year-end audit procedures and statutory financial statements Performing other duties as assigned or required. Expense Reimbursement Processing Follow-up with GFOs agent and Consultants as needed to resolve expense claim issues identified Prepare credit card expense analysis for review with Senior Finance Coordinator Accounts Payable and Disbursements Ensure that invoices are in compliance with Purchasing policy and documentation is appropriate with GFOs agent Improve operational efficiencies by using automated upload functionality, when appropriate Set up new vendors (as needed) and manage Vendor file maintenance and controls Prepare monthly reconciliations (AP, Advanced Payments) Taxation and Treasury Assist the Senior Finance Coordinator by working with professional advisors to ensure the accurate and timely filing of all tax reporting including VAT and Corporate tax returns Risk Management and Compliance Ensure adequate internal control and compliance in areas of responsibility Work closely with the Senior Finance Coordinator and provide support for the implementation of Global risk management procedures (e.g., segregation of duties, controls, documentation, archiving, emergency procedures) in the finance and legal entity maintenance areas What You'll Bring University degree. 2 years of work experience in Finance. Familiarity with statutory and global financial accounting Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent analytical capabilities and numerical reasoning Customer focused/service orientated Basic to Intermediate level of English.
