Job Description This role involves partnering with a cross-functional team to ensure the success of multiple desktop developer platforms. The Desktop Developer Platform Analyst will be responsible for implementing best practice platform governance and enabling developer productivity through timely version updates and streamlined processes. The key focus areas include new platform and version onboarding, version upgrade planning and management, license management, security and compliance, platform control and management, and developer support. This is a hybrid position requiring both technical expertise and soft skills to provide effective internal L2 support for Developer Platforms. Requirements - Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience in software development with a strong understanding of developer needs and preferences. - Hands-on experience with software development methodologies and a wide range of developer products and tools. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
