No Relocation Assistance Offered 153489 - Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia **Job Summary** **Responsible for implementing and updating the QA websites process for Colgate subsidiaries worldwide, following the divisional and global digital strategies.** **Responsibilities/Accountabilities** - ** Manage QA Analysts to execute best practices and audits.** - ** Ensure search trends are reflected in the websites content** - ** Generate QA reports for BEX roll-outs of new sites, IBE and removal of products, ensuring that they are complying with the corporate guidelines and the market development standards (SEO, usability, tracking, domains, etc).** - ** Crawl CP sites to generate report of issues that affects SEO and quality of the sites** - ** Contact division digital leaders to report of issues found and get approval of budget** - ** Support BEX Authors to run crawl reports when they are working on their own QA** - ** Centralize the key and relevant information of all BEX rollouts for continuous improvement** - ** Participate in QA sprint demos providing feedback to partner agencies following our internal QA checklist** - ** Manage to support the redirect tasks that are assigned to the BEX team** - ** Create an international vendor for crawling software/online tools. Work on the maintenance of this contract.** - ** Manage new guidelines or policies for divisions and brand managers who request the acquisition of new domains.** - ** Run the CP active and inactive domains report once a year or every two years to keep the active domains pointing to proper pages and to review if inactive domains are still necessary for renewal.** **Range of Qualifications** **Level of Education: Graduation** **Years of Experience (range): 4~8** **English fluent** **Functional Experience and Technical Skills**: **Experience with digital fundamentals: websites, search, digital media, CRM/ database marketing, social media, mobile marketing, measurement & optimization** **Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
