Roles and Responsibilities Client Impact1. Provide creative input on projects across a range of industriesand problem statements. 2. Contribute to the development ofstrategies and programs for regional and global clients byleveraging data science tools including Test & Learn. 3. Collaborate with Mastercard team to understand clients’ needs,agenda, and risks. 4. Develop working relationships with clientanalysts/managers, and act as trusted and reliable partners. 5. Provide analytical and technical subject matter guidance and driveclient success through Test & Learn adoption and competency. Team Collaboration & Culture 1. Collaborate with senior projectdelivery consultants to identify key findings, prepare effectivepresentations, and deliver recommendations to clients. 2. Independently identify issues in defined areas of analysis using Test & Learn, and structure and synthesize own analysis tohighlight relevant findings. 3. Lead internal and client meetings,and contribute to project management. 4. Contribute to the firm'sintellectual capital. 5. Receive mentorship from consulting leadersfor professional growth and development. Qualifications Basicqualifications 1. Undergraduate degree with work experience inconsulting, technology, or data science or proven work experiencerelated to data-driven analysis. 2. Relevant teamwork and client orinternal stakeholder management experience. 3. Logical, structuredthinking and affinity with numerical analysis. 4. Advanced Word,Excel, and PowerPoint skills. 5. Able to perform multiple tasks ina fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 6. Able to communicateeffectively in English and the local office language. 7. Eligibleto work in the country where they are applying and for travel visasas required by travel needs. Preferred qualifications 1. Experiencemanaging tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environmentwith third parties. 2. Additional relevant data and analyticsexperience: - Data modeling and database management (e.g., SQL). -Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Time seriesanalysis and segmentation. - Able to identify problems, brainstormand analyze answers, and implement the best solutions.
