Plan andexecute the marketing and communications calendar, ensuringconsistent brand messaging across all channels; 2. Manageend-to-end campaigns — from concept creation to omnichannelactivation (online and offline); 3. Drive branding projects, trademarketing initiatives, activations, and events; 4. Collaboratecross-functionally with internal teams (product, digital, retail)and external partners (agencies, suppliers, etc.); 5. Manageproject timelines and ensure effective coordination across allstakeholders; 6. Monitor and analyse key campaign KPIs, ensuringcontinuous improvement and optimization; 7. Ensure the evolutionand coherence of brand identity across all customer interactions.Requirements & Profile: 1. University degree in Marketing,Communication, Management or related fields; 2. Minimum of 3 years’experience in a marketing role focused on campaign execution andbrand development; 3. Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish; 4.Marketing expertise within fashion, home décor, lifestyle segments,combined with up-to-date knowledge of digital trends; 5. Hands-on,creative, and execution-driven profile with attention to detail; 6.A passionate, and innovative leader, with ability to inspire andmotivate teams; 7. Excellent communication and project managementskills; 8. Planning and organizational skills; 9.
