Job Overview: The role of Head of Quality Control involves overseeing the maintenance of the quality management system, ensuring that all procedures and technical instructions are properly executed to meet the company's quality standards. This position requires a strong background in quality management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inspection and test plans (ITPs), supervising the correct execution of procedures, identifying and analyzing quality issues, and providing actions to correct them. - Key Responsibilities: - Manage ITPs about projects to be executed in various settings, communicate with stakeholders about ITPs follow up and reception, assessment of documents received from suppliers, collection of documents which support the project's ITPs - Prepare and monitor non-conformities, identify and analyze quality issues and provide corrective actions, together with the involved departments - Represent the organization in meetings and commercial steps with clients concerning quality issues, with the Head of Quality support, always attentive to providing solutions and the best deal with clients - Perform quality controls of processes and products to ensure compliance with established specifications Requirements: The successful candidate should have a strong background in quality management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously. They should also be able to make decisions regarding the stoppage of manufacturing in the event that established procedures are breached and the quality of the final product delivered to our customers is put at risk.
