We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team, focusing primarily on content production for paid media . This role requires a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to create compelling visuals that drive performance across digital advertising platforms. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Content Creation: Design high-performing assets for paid media campaigns, including static and dynamic ads for social media, display networks, and other digital platforms. Ad Optimization: Develop visually engaging creatives that align with performance marketing strategies, A/B testing different formats and styles to maximize results. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with Beckett Simonon’s brand identity, maintaining a premium and cohesive aesthetic across all channels. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and performance teams to understand campaign objectives and optimize creatives for different audience segments. Multi-Format Production: Adapt designs for various placements and platforms, ensuring assets meet technical requirements and best practices. Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with design trends, advertising best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve creative output. REQUIREMENTS Design Expertise Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma. Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory. Ability to create visually compelling and conversion-driven designs for paid media. Digital Advertising Focus Experience designing digital ads for platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and others. Understanding of performance-driven design principles, including click-through rate (CTR) optimization and engagement strategies. Creativity & Problem-Solving Ability to translate marketing concepts into engaging visuals. Flexibility to iterate and adapt designs based on campaign performance and feedback. Experience working within a marketing team to align creative assets with campaign goals. Strong ability to receive and implement feedback while maintaining creative integrity. Time & Project Management Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills to ensure efficiency and consistency in asset production. EXPERIENCE 1+ year of experience as a Graphic Designer or Digital Designer . Strong portfolio showcasing paid media creatives, social media ads, banners, and marketing assets. Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
