Relevant experience in customer service of phone reception is required. Experience in a legal setting is preferred, but not required. The basic job duties of the position are as follows: - Answering a VOIP phone system for a US law firm in English and Spanish - Excellent customer service skills and professionalism - Forwarding phone calls - Communicating with team members and coworkers using Teams and Office 365 - Scheduling online appointments and recording messages Our receptionists spend most of their day on the phones and interacting with clients, insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, and court personnel.
