Relevant experience in customer service of phone reception is required. Experience in a legal setting is preferred, but not required. This position deals with people going through lawsuits due to injury from work - empathy and caring for your fellow human beings is essential to the success of the position. Must be accountable, responsible and take ownership over their work and the quality of their work. Must be willing to learn new things - or old things in a new way. The basic job duties of the position are as follows: - Answering a VOIP phone system for a US law firm in English and Spanish - Excellent customer service skills and professionalism - Forwarding phone calls - Communicating with team members and coworkers using Teams and Office 365 - Scheduling online appointments and recording messages Our receptionists spend most of their day on the phones and interacting with clients, insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, and court personnel.
