As a Transfer Assistant, you will be the first person the client meets, ensuring everything is ready for their arrival. You will welcome them, provide all necessary details, and walk them to their transfer. Any queries they may have should be addressed to help them make the most of their holidays. Main Responsibilities: Welcome customers at the airport upon arrival. Coordinate and assist transport from the airport to the hotel. Provide customers with all the information they may need. Report any changes or inconsistencies found to our main office. Requirements: Advanced level of English and German is a must (other languages are valued).
