The Opportunity As a Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in launching and scaling our staffing business in your country. You will work directly with the Founder & CEO, leveraging your local expertise and network to build a high-impact, people-first organization. Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Leadership: Shape and execute the business strategy for your country, aligned with our group vision and values. • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in the staffing and HR solutions sector. • Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing local team. • Business Development: Forge partnerships with clients, industry leaders, and stakeholders to drive revenue and brand presence. • Operational Excellence : Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and best practices. • Innovation : Drive the adoption of technology and new business models to disrupt traditional staffing approaches. What We’re Looking For • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proven experience in building or scaling a business, ideally in staffing, HR, or tech. • Local Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Mexican or Colombian business landscape, labor market, and regulatory environment. • Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, motivate, and manage diverse teams. • Business Acumen: Strong grasp of financial management, business development, and operational processes. • Network : Established relationships with local business communities and potential clients. • Language : Fluency in Spanish and English is highly preferred.
