A global leader in chemical innovations seeks an experienced Key Account Manager to join their Performance Materials division. This role offers you the opportunity to work at the forefront of sustainable material innovation, collaborating with world-renowned brands and driving business expansion across Cambodia. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating closely with brand teams to identify new project opportunities and develop comprehensive account engagement plans for business growth in Cambodia. - Monitoring evolving market trends, engaging regularly with customers, and gaining a deep understanding of their sustainability objectives related to footwear production. - Promoting innovative sustainable materials by generating new projects in partnership with internal teams and executing top-down initiatives such as recycled PU projects. To excel in this role, you will bring: - A minimum degree qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline. - At least five years' experience in sales, marketing or product development within the footwear industry. - Demonstrated knowledge of the footwear value chain with a focus on material development or T1/T2 manufacturing processes.
