Learn more about what DSO will mean for you in your new role here AND RESPONSABILITIES Develop and disseminate market information and competitive intelligence to drive critical business decisions.Refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the business and support areas.Contribute to team effort to develop better insights into drivers, challenges, milestones, and other business and market factors.Collect input and assumptions from various teams within the organization, including sales, marketing, medical, technical and application support to develop and measure different KPIs.Develop proactive and ad-hoc analyses, identifying additional insights from trends that impact the business.Identify and communicate new operational levers that can improve the business.Apply knowledge of innovation and collaboration capabilities to develop new business models handling different markets as countries and find the way to replicate good practices according needs.Effectively communicate results of the proposed activities, KPI assessments and analyses to senior leadership.Manage distributors / agencies and vendors conducting market research, in line with overall vendor strategy.Coordinate tactical execution of Customer Experience (Satisfaction) tracking program.Identify and recommend appropriate marketing research studies and analysis needed to support successful current and future commercialization of products.Process, analyze and report secondary market data identifying relevance and implications of current and emerging trends.WHO YOU ARE University degree in Administration / Engineering / Economics / Healthcare related fields.Experience in financial, marketing, commercial and/or sales in the industry (5 years).Advanced level of English.Strong analysis, synthesis skills and ability to draw insights from research and analytics.Be able to lead efforts to understand customer and market dynamics and present this knowledge accurately.High level communication skills.Proficient in MS Office.WHAT WE OFFER YOU Hybrid Working Style.Full time employment contract.Wide range of development opportunities.Competitive salary.Attractive benefits package.Good working conditions and comfortable working environment.The compatibility of family and career is important to us.
