What are we looking for? GFT is looking for a FlexcubeOriginations Process Leader to join an international project basedin Mexico. This role combines both technical and functionalexpertise to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of theoriginations process for financial products in Oracle Flexcube.Important: The candidate must currently reside in Colombia or bewilling to relocate to Colombia, as this is a requirement forproject coordination and compliance. Main responsibilities:Functional Knowledge: Banking Products: Knowledge of accounts,loans, deposits, foreign trade, and other products managed inFlexcube. Originations Processes: Understanding how financialproduct requests are handled from creation to approval. CreditLifecycle: From application to disbursement and payment management.Compliance and Regulations: Knowledge of banking regulations, KYC(Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and regulatoryreporting. Banking Operations Experience: Understanding how variousbanking departments interact with the Flexcube system. TechnicalKnowledge: Oracle Flexcube Architecture: Familiarity with systemmodules and their integration. Oracle Databases: Experience withPL/SQL, advanced queries, and process optimization. Configurationand Parameterization: Adjusting products, business rules, andprocesses within Flexcube. Interface and Integration: APIs, WebServices, middleware, and connectivity with other banking systems.Java/J2EE Development: For component customization or specificintegrations. Error and Log Management: Ability to diagnosefailures in originations processes. Workflows: Configuring andautomating approval and review processes. Additional Skills:Project Management: Knowledge of agile or traditional methodologiesfor Flexcube improvements. Support and Training: Ability to trainusers and resolve issues effectively. Key Responsibilities:Originations Process Management: Manage and optimize the workflowfor the originations of financial products (loans, accounts,deposits, investments). Configure business rules andparameterization in Flexcube to automate processes. Ensure theproper integration of originations modules with other bankingsystems. Monitor the lifecycle of requests from creation toapproval. System Configuration and Customization: Parameterizebanking products within Flexcube based on business needs. Implementand adjust approval flows and required validations. Ensure that theplatform complies with local and international regulations. ProblemAnalysis and Resolution: Identify and resolve errors inoriginations processes. Analyze logs, reports, and transactiontraceability to identify system failures.
