**Responsibilities** - Drive revenue in installed base accounts from the SMB segment. - Maintain a healthy sales funnel. - Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements and correlate business value to customer needs - Manage the full sales-cycle, work closely with partners and distributors. - Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets. - Develop / Execute account plans for top accounts in the assigned territory. - High-energy, motivated self-starter and team player. - Complete weekly reports with the activities done, including forecasting. Keep Salesforce updated with opportunities and forecasting in order to provide visibility of the territory. Experience working with customers in Colombia. **Required Skills, Experience & Education** - 3-5 years or more of sales experience in IT companies - Outbound sales calling experience - Experience managing customer relationships and leveraging those relationships to expand business - **Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English**: - In-depth understanding of the sales administration process - Excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player - Strong analytical and organizational skills - Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude - BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, Computer Engineering or relevant field - A technical background in computer science or engineering a plus
