We are looking for the position of Trilingual Quality Analyst , responsible for achieving the targets set by the client and internal goals to ensure overall success. Requirements to apply: Candidate must be a graduate in any stream. Experience as a Quality Analyst is desirable. Candidate must have BPO experience. ISO / COPC certification will be appreciated. Travel Diploma will be appreciated. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Exceptional listening and analytical skills. Intermediate knowledge of PC hardware and software (Word and Excel). Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Internet technology; familiarity with cable modem technology is desired. Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques. Ability to work well in a team environment. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service. Job Responsibilities: Developing and implementing quality management procedures and systems. Identifying and documenting areas for improvement. Reviewing current policies and devising plans to enhance quality standards. Analyzing the effectiveness of implemented changes. Effective communication and report writing skills. Excellent analytical skills to understand complex details. Conducting TNI when required. Performing Quality Calibrations. We Offer: Indefinite term contract + benefits according to law.
