Responsibilities: • Create/Upload and maintain supplier catalogs as per country request • User support/training • Identify opportunities for the creation of new catalogs/contracts • Identify and resolve transactional problems regarding the purchasing process: review and process purchase orders and invoices. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field. Experience: At least 1 year in a finance, purchasing or accounting position. Administrative Knowledge: Strong knowledge of administrative and financial processes. Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic environment. Independence: Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Teamwork: Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills. Customer Orientation: Commitment to customer service and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
