We are hiring a full-time, in-office Chief Growth Strategist to lead and execute scalable revenue strategies across multiple B2B verticals. This role is fully based in our Medellín office, working alongside a dedicated in-house team. You will be responsible for designing, launching, and managing growth systems using GoHighLevel, AI tools, and multi-channel outreach campaigns. You must have a proven track record of building systems that generated at least $50,000/month in revenue — with expectations to exceed that here. Our focus is on clients in the insurance, architecture, and construction industries in the United States. This is not a remote or hybrid role. You must be available to work on-site full-time in Medellín. Key Responsibilities - Build and optimize lead generation and conversion systems using GoHighLevel (GHL) - Deploy GHL as a white-labeled product where applicable to create recurring revenue streams - Design and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, voice drops, paid traffic) - Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency, personalization, and output - Report on critical KPIs including CPL, MQLs, CAC, close rate, and overall funnel performance - Build landing pages, sales funnels, automated follow-up sequences, and conversion workflows - Continuously test, measure, and iterate for improved ROI - Collaborate directly with ownership to align strategies with aggressive growth goals Requirements - High-level English proficiency (written and spoken) - Direct U.S. B2B experience, with a strong grasp of outbound/inbound funnels - Proven history of building systems that produced at least $50K/month in revenue - Deep experience with GoHighLevel, including SaaS-style white-label deployments - Strong understanding of AI and automation tools for lead gen and sales enablement - Industry knowledge or experience in insurance, architecture, engineering, or construction - Confident in owning analytics and reporting without needing micromanagement - Full-time commitment — no freelancing, consulting, or outside projects Compensation - Performance-based monthly revenue share - Clear authority to implement and scale growth systems Not a Fit If You: - Are seeking remote or hybrid work - Operate a consulting or freelance business - Lack hands-on GHL and revenue ownership experience - Cannot communicate fluently in English with U.S.-based clients or markets Seniority level - Seniority level Executive Employment type - Employment type Full-time Job function - Job function Marketing and Sales - Industries Staffing and Recruiting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Sourcy Inc. by 2x We're unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
