Rewards & Performance Lead - Location: Bogotá,Colombia - Job type: Permanent, Full time About the job The Rewards& Performance Lead will be responsible for designing,implementing, and managing compensation, benefits, and performancemanagement programs across Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, and CentralAmericas region (COPAC), with special focus on the Global BusinessService Hub in Bogota. This role will ensure alignment withSanofi's global strategies while addressing local market needs andregulatory requirements. Additionally, the position will activelyparticipate in and contribute to LATAM regional projects andinitiatives. Key Responsibilities - Compensation Strategy: Designand implement competitive compensation structures for the COPACregion that align with Sanofi's global framework while addressinglocal market conditions. - Performance Management: Lead theimplementation of performance management processes, ensuringconsistent application across the region and providing guidance tomanagers and employees. - Benefits Management: Conduct regularmarket benchmarking to ensure competitive benefits offerings,develop local benefits strategies, manage company car policies, andoversee benefits-related policies across the COPAC region. -Wellbeing Initiatives: Deploy and adapt global wellbeinginitiatives to meet local needs, develop region-specific wellbeingprograms, and measure their effectiveness and impact on employeeengagement. - Global Business Service Hub Focus: Developspecialized rewards and performance strategies for the Bogota GBSHub to attract and retain top talent in a competitive servicecenter environment. - Latin America Projects: Participate in andcontribute to Latin America regional projects and initiativesrelated to rewards, performance, benefits, and wellbeingstrategies. - Regional Expertise: Serve as the subject matterexpert on compensation, benefits, and performance management forthe COPAC / LATAM region. - Compliance & Governance: Ensure allrewards and performance programs comply with local regulationsacross COPAC. - Analytics & Reporting: Analyze compensationdata and performance metrics to provide insights for businessdecisions and program improvements. - Talent ManagementPartnership: Collaborate with Talent Management teams to developintegrated approaches to talent development and retention. Aboutyou - Experience: 5+ years of experience with at least 3 yearsspecializing in compensation and performance management. -Experience working in multinational organizations, preferably inthe pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. - Experience with globalservice centers or shared service operations preferred. - Soft andtechnical skills: Strong knowledge of compensation practices andregulations in Latin America, particularly in the COPAC region. -Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder managementskills. - Proficiency in Workday or similar HRIS systems. -Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and makerecommendations. - Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources,Business Administration, or related field; master's degreepreferred. - Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English (written andverbal).
