We are seeking an experienced Engineer who is responsible for presenting product offerings and architecture in the best light to prospects and customers, to evoke confidence in the company's technology, and to remove all technical objections in the sales cycle. To accomplish this, the Solutions Engineer must have a strong desire to leverage their technical and sales skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, configure and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements, and highlight business value. **Responsibilities**: - Convey deep understanding of the customer's environment as it pertains to Transmit Security - Business and technology delivery of various pre-sales activities including; planning/developing/delivering conceptual solution demonstrations and presentations, providing technical/product guidance to customers/partners/team, hands on delivery of proof of concepts, and responding to RFP's. - Provide pre-sales technical guidance to customers and partners, i.e. product demonstrations, proof of concept for proposed solutions, and/or technical workshops - Build enduring relationships with technical counterparts at our customers and become their trusted advisor - Work with the sales team to deliver revenue. Emphasis during key sales cycle phases of: Qualification, Discovery, and Technical Proof Phase - Coordinate, throughout sales cycle, pre-sales efforts with a post-sales service delivery team - Ability to deliver online video presentation, white boarding, and demonstrations - Able to travel 15% to 40% as needed **Required Skills & Qualifications**: - 3-5 years in enterprise architecture, customer facing pre-sales positions - Proven expertise in developing and delivering effective technical presentations, workshops, customized demonstrations, and proof of concepts - Engaging communication and customer service skills: verbal, written, and listening/understanding - Ability to relate proposed solution technical capabilities back to customer needs in a narrative style - Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and/or collaboratively with team and customers - Basic programming experience - Knowledge of a subset of the following IAM concepts: Authentication, Authorization, Single Sign-On, User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, Workflow - Understanding of Identity related industry standards such as OIDC, OAuth, SAML - Experience with one or more typical cloud services providers such as AWS, GCP, Azure - Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills - Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied political environments - B.S.
