About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative/Logistic Coordinator to oversee and ensure the efficient tracking of full truckload (FTL) shipments across the United States and Canada. - Load Monitoring: Track the status and location of shipments in transit, ensuring on-time deliveries. - Communication: Maintain constant contact with drivers, carriers, and team members to provide real-time updates. - Issue Management: Coordinate immediate solutions to minimize service disruptions. - Documentation: Keep accurate records of communications, incidents, and shipment updates. - Compliance: Ensure all operations meet U.S. and Canadian transportation regulations and safety standards.
