Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or a related field. Proven experience in developing1 and integrating GenAI solutions. Strong understanding of AI/ML models and APIs. Essential Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python. Experience with GenAI models and frameworks (e.g., Google's Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, etc.). Knowledge of API integration and development. Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and their GenAI services. Familiarity with Google Workspace APIs and integrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and strategic planning abilities. Ability to differentiate when GenAI is a standalone solution versus a feature. Ability to define roadmaps for development of GenAI solutions. Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic advisor and technical expert on GenAI solutions. Guide the integration of GenAI services from external providers into our existing infrastructure. Define and implement best practices for GenAI application development and deployment. Standardize integration processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization. Evaluate and select appropriate GenAI technologies and vendors. Design and implement proof-of-concepts (POCs) to demonstrate the value of GenAI solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI capabilities into various applications. Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in GenAI and related technologies. Discern and specify when a GenAi solution should be a feature of a current application, or when it should be a standalone product. Define and drive the GenAI development roadmap for the infrastructure and operations team. Help define operation procedures related to the GenAI solutions. Help define security procedures related to GenAI solutions. Environment: Working within a multinational company's operations and infrastructure team. Utilizing AWS, GCP, and Google Workspace environments. Working with external profesional services to help create GenAI Solutions.
