Key Responsibilities: - - Facilitate comprehensive business process reviews to identify customer requirements and optimize processes. - Translate customer requirements into Salesforce design, leveraging best practices and minimizing the need for custom development. - Configure Service Cloud solutions on the Salesforce platform. - Develop detailed technical requirements and specifications for customers and the technical delivery team. - Drive best practice UX design into each aspect of solution delivery. - Manage all aspects of projects and customer communications. - Deliver end-user training and documentation to ensure seamless adoption. - Oversee and be accountable for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned projects. - Exercise independent judgment, and take the lead role on enterprise-level projects with minimal direction from senior management. Requirements: - 3+ years of project experience in a hands-on technical consulting and project management role. - 2+ years of project delivery experience with Salesforce. - Deep understanding of Salesforce administration required (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Force.com). - Expertise in designing and creating Service Cloud solutions using declarative configuration. - Experience with Experience Cloud and CRM Analytics highly preferred.
