A key member of our team will collaborate with developers, designers and leadership to define roadmaps, requirements and launch new crypto-wallet products. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building crypto wallets, stakeholder management and leading cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. The role involves: - Leading end-to-end product development from ideation to post-launch analysis, including backlog management and workflow definition. - Translating complex technical concepts into clear product requirements, evaluating solutions and prioritizing features based on feasibility, impact and value. - Conducting market research and customer discovery to understand and enhance our value proposition. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, validate and deliver solutions. - Ensuring timely delivery of quality features, organizing testing and gathering feedback. Requirements include: - 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a technical role. - Experience in building or managing crypto wallets with DeFi features. - Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Proficiency with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana. - Strong understanding of microservices, peer-to-peer systems and JavaScript. - Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities remotely. - Ability to define, track and report on product KPIs; experience with A/B testing is a plus. Nice to have: - Hands-on development experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js, React or Angular.
