You're creative, self disciplined, dependable, solution-oriented, outgoing and have a passion for engaging others in our culture. **Responsibilities**: - Manage and execute all interview scheduling supporting the Global Corporate Recruiting team. - Collaborate with management/leaders, internal workers, and stakeholders at a high level to perform administrative duties or projects that are in line with business objectives.. - Assist recruiters with the administration and daily talent acquisition processes. - Engage together with managers and employees by sending and managing surveys in order to uphold the People First culture at TaskUs. - Support onboarding tasks based on onboarding requirements. - Assist in maintaining Workday tools, employee records, and building out job descriptions. **Qualifications and Requirements**: **Required Skills**: - Fully bilingual in English and Spanish - 2+ years of experience within an administrative recruiting role - 2+ years of experience in assessing resumes against job descriptions - Available to work during US Central Time zone business hours - Ability to communicate and collaborate with C-Suite stakeholders - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong oral and written communication skills **Preferred Skills**: - Experience with an applicant tracking system (e.g Workday) at least 2 years. - Experience with Google Suite preferred. - Excellent customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment, remain positive, and have fun. - Has the desire and experience to provide excellent customer experience to all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process. **Education / Certifications**: - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any related discipline. **Work Location/Work Schedule/Travel**: - Remote - 40 hours weekly - this position is hourly paid and eligible for overtime. **DEI Statement**:In TaskUs we believe that innovation and higher performance are brought by people from all walks of life.
