We are seeking a Help Desk Engineer looking to join our team remotely and make an impact. If you are passionate about Microsoft Azure, Asset Management, and Microsoft Products, keep scrolling down. **How you will achieve success**: - Assist all employees with everything they need related to technology and their role within the organization. - Our standard is time-based communication, personal interaction, and excellent customer service. - Provide basic IT asset management, including tracking equipment through our inventory system and monitoring from onboarding to exit. - Provide tier 1 help desk support, including troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and escalating complex issues to tier 2 support. - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical knowledge and skills. **What experience will help you in this role**: - Strong technical foundation and understanding of Microsoft Windows (relevant OS's), TCPIP and basic networking/troubleshooting, Active Directory/connectivity/authentication, and Apple IOS systems and troubleshooting. - Knowledge of security best practices and technologies. - High school diploma and experience with technology-based learning; mentorship, college, trade school, or certifications. - Knowledge of audio/visual technologies, including Skype for Business and/or Logitech. - Experience working with MS Azure.
