(VSS331) - SALES FUNNEL OPTIMIZATION SPECIALIST

We are looking to partner with someone who can help us out with our sales funnels. The key areas we would need help on are: - Funnel rebuilds (funnel steps ie; adding upsells, changing landers, changing funnel styles so an example would be moving from webinar to vsl or mini course) - CRO experiments - systematically test new cro experiments (for example; test page colors, button size etc.) - Copywriting upgrades (ie; testing new headlines, changing vsl hook). **What you’ll do at Linx Digital**: - Help plan, scope, schedule, and implement testing activities for projects of varying size and complexity including test iterations; - Identify test opportunities, develop strategy, and lead testing; - Work on identification of key business questions, develop hypotheses, plan test strategy, and automated personalization activities; - Analyze test data and provide recommendations for conversion rate improvements; - Support and monitor digital campaigns to include optimization activities. **What you’ll need to be successful in this role**: - At least 2 years of relevant experience in a CRO/UX or website testing role; - Has had experience in doing graphic design; - Knowledge of Google and YouTube Ads would be advantageous; - Experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and the likes is a plus. **Salary**: $248,822 - $398,116 per hour **Experience**: - graphic design: 2 years (required) - sales funnel optimization: 2 years (required) **Language**: - English fluently (required)
