You will partner with business customers, Solution Managers/Engineers & IT to craft solutions that improve the employee experience and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of Procurement transactional processes keeping an excellent User Experience (UX) as a guiding principle. **The Procurement Solution Lead**: - Provides tactical support for the design standards & methodologies, and optimally applies detailed processes. - Proactively reviews system release notes, SAAS roadmaps, and change requests, and applies this knowledge to effectively assess impact on existing & planned solutions. - Reviews continuous improvement ideas and may provide perspective on disposition of the ideas. - Promotes an ever-improving user experience by practicing UX Design principles - Supports managers and Engineers with the delivery of solution design assets. **Qualifications** **Love this role?
