Accounting Practice Engagement Manager Newton Vision Corp is a US-based consulting company with deep experience in business process reengineering, optimization, and digital transformation. Position Purpose: To strategically manage and coordinate client accounting engagements, ensure the successful delivery of financial and accounting services, regulatory compliance, and the implementation of efficient practices that enhance client satisfaction and support the firm’s growth. What you’ll do: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of client accounting engagements, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to service standards. Coordinate and supervise project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the firm, managing expectations and addressing inquiries or issues promptly. Ensure all accounting processes comply with applicable local and international standards (IFRS, US GAAP, or others as required). Identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve operational efficiency, and mitigate risks. Oversee the preparation, review, and delivery of financial statements, reports, and required documentation. Prepare progress reports and results summaries for senior management and/or firm partners. Participate in the development of business proposals and assist in negotiating terms with prospective or existing clients. Coordinate internal training sessions and provide mentorship to strengthen the technical and managerial skills of the accounting team. You must have: Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Postgraduate studies or professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred. English proficiency level B2/B2+/C1 (spoken and written). Experience: Minimum of 5 - 8 years in accounting or audit firms, with at least 2 - 3 years in project coordination or managerial role. Technical Knowledge: International accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP), auditing, taxation, ERP systems, and accounting software. Skills: Leadership, project management, effective communication, client orientation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving. Core Competencies: Client relationship management and development.
