This role combines cutting-edge AI coding tools with strong UX intuition, storytelling, and a passion for building tools, content, and experiences that resonate. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working at the intersection of creativity and technology, is not afraid to experiment, and can translate visionary ideas into functional, elegant software solutions using modern AI-assisted development platforms. Key Responsibilities Use AI-powered coding tools to rapidly build and iterate on web-based tools, content features, and user-facing components. Collaborate closely with the founder and content team to bring to life digital experiences aligned with the mission of educating and inspiring entrepreneurs. Implement clean, responsive front-end designs using low-code/no-code and AI-enhanced platforms (like Replit, Vercel, or similar). Prototype and deploy interactive applications that elevate podcast content, community tools, and entrepreneurial resources. Stay current on emerging tech trends, especially in AI-enhanced development and user experience innovation. Ideal Candidate Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and curiosity about how AI can enhance development workflows. Experience using or a desire to learn tools like Replit, Framer, Fine.dev, or similar vibe coding environments. A creative problem solver with a builder mindset—someone who enjoys testing, learning, and shipping fast. Passion for entrepreneurship, storytelling, and building tools that empower others. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). Able to work independently, remotely, and within Colombia’s time zone. Bonus Points Experience working with startups, content creators, or entrepreneurial communities. Familiarity with podcasting tools, community platforms, or content management systems.
