Requirements - 7+ years of experience in software release management for enterprise SaaS and in-house applications, with a solid understanding of deployment, configuration, testing, and release processes based on agile principles. - Data analysis skills. - Proficiency with Windows OS. - Infrastructure management experience. - Experience with server consolidation. - Knowledge of insurance industry processes is a plus. - Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub and Jenkins preferred. - Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools preferred. Nice to Have - VMWare experience. Responsibilities - Schedule, coordinate, and deploy software releases. - Manage risks and resolve challenges impacting release scope, quality, and schedules. - Lead product deployments during off-peak hours. - Analyze and improve release processes continuously. - Produce deployment and run-book plans. - Coordinate the release calendar with cross-functional teams. - Assist Product Owners with dependencies and timing to ensure seamless delivery. - Work with Product Management to align roadmaps with release schedules. - Collaborate with development teams to enhance processes and automation tools. - Ensure organizational release readiness across departments. - Monitor delivery progress to meet deadlines and expectations. - Facilitate release meetings, reviews, and retrospectives. - Maintain documentation on build and release procedures. - Manage CMDB mappings and maintenance. - Handle automation, recertifications, password updates, and App Dynamics configurations.
