**Job Purpose***: Focuses on the strategic leadership and relationship of TD SYNNEX vendors to achieve the best financial performance for assigned product lines. Identifies and understands Vendor needs and strategic objectives. Participates in marketing events, builds and manages pipeline, negotiates vendor contracts and supports partner compliance. **Responsibilities** **: - Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, aligned with Company expansions and sales strategies into new regions and new business units within TD SYNNEX. - Achieve vendor's fiscal year revenue goal and meet quarters KPI's parameters for acquiring vendor rebates. - Facilitate and drive alignment around Vendor's priorities with appropriate members of TD SYNNEX LATAM business units within different Latin America countries - Learn and drive the aaS consumption model as a innovate business opportunity with partners and collaborators - Built with the commercial sales team an achievable forecast weekly, monthly and quarterly. - Create and execute the business and marketing plans to drive demand and reach the Vendor's goals - Develop 3 way relationships (Vendor - Disti - Partner) to enhance business experience in the market. - Conduct quarterly business reviews with Vendors. - Participate in contract negotiations with Vendors - Collaborate closely with Sales, marketing, Operations and other business development personnel to increase sales - Learn Vendor's partner programs, in order to enable partners and TD SYNNEX Collaborators - Attend various events and trade shows **Education and Experience**: - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and of sales and marketing experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience - Extremely detailed oriented with intense organizational and analytical skills - Express the desire and ability to adapt and learn new topics and technologies in a dynamic technological field - Participate and take advantage of vendor educational opportunities to better understand their products and position in the market - Ability to collect and analyze data to track proper ROI on strategic vendor investments - Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including but not limited to negotiation and presentation skills - Direct communication with business unit leaders on vendor marketing outcomes and opportunities - Works in conjunction with the marketing support team, the Marcom team and events team - Facilitates constant collaboration with associated vendor marketing specialists and product managers - Ability to travel to TD SYNNEX, vendor and industry events as needed - Demonstrated presentation skills **What's In It For You?** - ** Elective Benefits**: Our programs are tailored to your country to best accommodate your lifestyle. - ** Grow Your Career**:Accelerate your path to success (and keep up with the future) with formal programs on leadership and professional development, and many more on-demand courses. - ** Elevate Your Personal Well-Being**: Boost your financial, physical, and mental well-being through seminars, events, and our global Life Empowerment Assistance Program. - ** Diversity, Equity & Inclusion**:It's not just a phrase to us; valuing every voice is how we succeed.
