Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to expand Goose’s reach and visibility at strategic industry events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that strengthen our brand presence, increase user engagement, and position Goose as a leader in our main industries. Key Responsibilities Research and identify relevant industry events to maximize Goose’s reach and visibility in our key markets. Plan and execute event logistics, including vendor management, booth setup, and promotional materials. Develop strategies to increase attendee engagement and brand awareness. Coordinate participation in panels, conferences, and networking opportunities. Travel to industry events to gather customer insights and oversee booth setup when applicable. Maintain and update event-related data in the company CRM (HubSpot). Oversee post-event follow-ups, including lead nurturing and performance evaluation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in the SaaS, tech, or media industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and event marketing strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with vendors, event organizers, and attendees. Willingness to travel internationally for events. Why Join Goose Technology?
