In this role you will be responsible for: - Define processes, KPIs (SMART), roles within the programs and find opportunities for improvement according to the Customer needs with support of the BPO & Transition Manager - Actively lead the Program Analysts Team in charge, seeking for operational excellence through Respect and Results - Team management - improvements - working hand in hand with various BP´s in CENAM - Measure and control the program performance and resources based on the targets defined during the implementation phase - Control the processes within the quality standards and ensure compliance of the administrative rules - Actively participate and maintain an excellent relationship with Process Owners / Business Partners - Advanced level of MS Excel and other MS Office tools. - Previous experience in Project Management, Active Leadership and Teamwork. - Sets clear and realistic goals and objectives - Expresses ideas effectively, adjusting style, tools and mode to the needs of others. - Anticipates impact of decisions and plans how to manage risk - HIGH ENGLISH LEVEL.
