They are largely responsible for post-product launch activities, including user interviews and customer sentiment tracking. **Responsibilities** - Understand and refine user personas for a product or feature - Work with product leadership to understand the problems we are solving - Assist with user interviews - Develop and provide input to interview discussion guides - Develop a user interaction map that will detail all actions a user needs to take in order to use a product or feature - Identify user sentiment as it relates to interacting with a product or feature - Document key decision points during product build to help measure the effectiveness of decisions - Work with the design team to identify improvements to UI/UX - Clearly communicate and present learnings from data collection during user research activities - Bachelor’s Degree in related field required, MBA preferred - 2+ years experience in User Experience research - Practical understanding of the latest surveys and customer UX research best practices - Comfortable with direct customer engagement - Sound understanding of user research principles
