At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u. **Citizenship** - Create LAB’s Citizenship strategy aligned to pep+ priorities & Winning with Purpose. - Develop and lead implementation of the LAB Recycling platform. - Lead LAB’s volunteering program in coordination with LatAm. - Lead the Eco-Challenge regional initiative. - Maintain updated metric tracking and develop reports as needed. - Work with CUs to identify disaster relief needs and implementation. **Sustainability** - Integrate LAB’s pep+ Committee and support AOP development, quarterly scorecards, and LAB plastics initiatives. - Support pep+ Communications, including external events and happenings with LAB’s spokespeople to raise corporate reputation. - Support Brand social causes together with marketing leads as needed. **Communications** - Deliver Citizenship Comms for LABLine and External Communications. **Qualifications/Requirements**: - BA in Development, Sustainability, Communications or Business is required. - 5 years’ experience managing Citizenship & Sustainability programs / strategies is required. - Previous experience in working within NGOs and/ or Development Agencies is preferred. - Previous experience managing multi-stakeholder projects is preferred. - Hands-on experience required, operating in Latin American markets at least 3 years (desirable consumer goods and/or sustainability experience).
