Key Skills Business, Cooperation, Documentations, Finance, Invoice Billing, Onboarding, Organizing Misión del Cargo El Auxiliar de facturación en TD SYNNEX es responsable de ejecutar el eslabón final en el ciclo operativo de ventas de la empresa, generando las facturas correspondientes a cada transacción y asegurando la correcta culminación del proceso. Funciones Generar y emitir las facturas correspondientes a cada negocio. Asegurar que todas las tareas necesarias se realicen correctamente para completar el ciclo de venta y facturación. Elaborar notas de crédito, refacturaciones, gestionar devoluciones de facturas y realizar el seguimiento de las órdenes pendientes por facturar. Mantener el proceso de facturación actualizado y garantizar que todos los documentos y soportes estén disponibles ante futuras auditorías o revisiones por parte de las entidades regulatorias de cada país. Lo que estamos buscando: Formación académica: Técnico en Administración, Contabilidad, Finanzas o afines. Experiencia laboral: Mínimo 6 meses en roles similares. Área de experiencia: Preferiblemente en análisis o asistencia en facturación. Conocimientos y habilidades: Dominio intermedio del paquete Office, especialmente Excel. Las condiciones de trabajo: Entorno Profesional de Oficina (Híbrido). Horas de trabajo no estándar, según lo requiera el negocio.
