In this role, you will oversee a team ofengineers, guiding them in designing scalable applicationframeworks, automating workflows, and developing tools that empowerusers to build applications with minimal coding expertise. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensurethe delivery of impactful, efficient, and user-friendly solutions. With a strong technical background in software development,leadership, and a passion for innovation, you will play a pivotalrole in shaping the company's automation strategy, implementingbest practices, and staying ahead of emerging technologies to drivebusiness success. - Build and manage a team of engineersspecializing in no-code and low-code platforms. - Guide the team indesigning, implementing, and maintaining no-code/low-code solutionsthat align with business objectives. - Develop and maintain toolsfor workflow automation, integration of third-party services, andefficient application deployment. - Work with product managers,analysts, and business stakeholders to design and implementuser-centric solutions. - Evaluate and implement best practices inno-code/low-code application design, development, and governance. -Document architecture roadmaps, reference architectures, andstandard operating procedures for no-code/low-code solutions. -Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning forcritical no-code/low-code applications. - Oversee the integrationof no-code/low-code platforms with existing enterprise systems. -Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in allsolutions. - Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning,and technical excellence within the team. - Define and track keyperformance indicators (KPIs) for project success. - Partner withproduct teams to align no-code/low-code solutions with businessgoals. - Conduct performance reviews and provide mentorship to teammembers. - Manage budgets and resources for no-code/low-codeprojects effectively. Requirements & Qualifications To excel inthis role, you should possess: Main Skills: These are themust-haves that are essential for this position. - Bachelor’s orhigher in computer science, information systems, or a relatedfield. - 5+ years of experience in software development or ITsolutions, with 2+ years of experience with no-code/low-codeplatforms. - Proficiency with leading no-code/low-code. -Experience in high-level architecture design and solutiondevelopment. - Strong understanding of workflow automation,business process modeling, and integration techniques. -Familiarity with APIs and integration tools for connecting systems. - Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management forno-code/low-code solutions. - Hands-on experience with governance,scalability, and security. - Expertise in managing and deployingenterprise-scale applications. - Strong programming skills inPython or scripting languages. - Understanding of large-scalesystems, including parallel computing. - Knowledge of databasesystems, including SQL and NoSQL databases. - Competence in versioncontrol systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
