**Position snapshot** Location: LATAM Area / BU: Human Resources Reporting area: Regional Total Rewards CoC Do we have any internal employee mapped for this position? No **Position summary** Responsible for developing and managing the benefits programs and processes across the region, accomplishing a balance between internal cost management and external competitiveness ensuring the optimization of value and experience for employees and the business. This includes core benefits such as retirement, health, welfare and insurance plans, as well as elements such as flexibility, well-being and effective employee listening strategies. All while ensuring compliance and alignment with global policies and guidelines. Additional to the benefits duties, the position holder is expected to act as a Total Rewards SPOC for 2-3 markets in region to provide guidance and support to drive forward the respective market’s Total Rewards strategies. **A day in the life of...** **Benefits**:Benefits plan design & revision, benefits benchmarking and analysis, vendor selection and optimization (where applicable), benefits benchmarking and analysis, benefits communication & education, financial oversight and insurance guidance. **SPOC**:Supporting and guiding market through cyclical activities (compensation campaign, etc.), as we all as co-creating and delivering on market’s Total Rewards Strategy. **What will make you successful?** - 8+ years experience in Total Rewards (Benefits) either in a large corporation with progressive people practices and/or a consulting company - Experience with multi-country benefits programs roll-outs - Awareness of latest benefits trends - Experience and exposure to post-retirement benefits - Solid foundation in compensation is a plus considering SPOC responsibilities
